Adventure Fest.

Adventure Fest is a free, community event for kids and adults who want to experience the adventures that are possible at Great Parks of Hamilton County. The event runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mitchell Memorial Forest will be free to enter during the event.

 

Spanning over 1,400 acres in western Hamilton County, Mitchell Memorial Forest is home to a challenging mountain bike trail, fishing pond, picnic areas, hiking trails and more. Adventure Fest will take advantage of these features in a day of fun activities including:

·         4 mile and 8 mile trail races presented by Topo Adventure Sports

·         Mountain bike demos presented by Montgomery Cyclery

·         Climbing wall

·         Orienteering races and instructional sessions presented by Orienteering Cincinnati

·         Fishing derby (kids ages 5-12)

·         Paddleboard and kayak demos

·         Kids fun run

·         Animal encounters

·         Nature walks

·         Food trucks

·         Live music

·         Local craft beer

Cost

Admission to the park will be free. However, some activities may require paid advance registration.
